momowagon, treaties that form international law and are ratified by the Senate are the supreme Law of the Land.

  • QueenieSarahPalin:

@Serr8d Hi Everybody! This is your future Queen!

serr8d, I couldn’t agree more! The only proper president for America is a rich white businessman, or a stupid white grifter female!

  • Serr8d:

@nijaexhile3 @midnull Hey you leftist ‘tard(s), there’s no drones coming in your kitchen windows to kill you or your drug dealers. You shouldn’t worry.

You should worry more that your feckless leader of HOPE and CHANGE is destroying this Republic by his incompetence and monetary insanity; aligning himself as Supreme LOOTER to buy votes from bone idle, greedy, ignorant MOOCHERS who care for nothing except to main line Other People’s Cash.

TANSTAAFL, bitch, and by no means forget it. Is it November yet?

  • momowagon:

More to the point, the lawsuit is based on international law, which does not exist. There is no international government so there can be no international law. This is just a PR stunt for the ACLU’s publicity machine.

  • momowagon:

@nijaexhile3 The video/lawsuit wasn’t about collateral hurt, it was about the US taking out renowned enemies of the state, when they are found in combat abroad. Get a clue! Due process doesn’t apply to enemy combatants in the field, even if they are U.S. Citizens. Wanna not get blown up accidentally by a drone? know who the terrorists are and stay the hell away from them.

  • nijaexhile3:

@momowagon Well with the CIA’s batting average the drones are just as likely to split a authoritarian daddy government loving moron like you in half by mistake as it mistakes you for a “hippie”. You see a lot of times they kill the ill-treat guy, which most non insane people on the “left” or the “right”(like myself) grasp and why we oppose that sort of action.

Have a nice day and here’s hoping all people indifferent to collateral hurt some day become it . I pray for that kind of poetry.

  • nijaexhile3:

@Serr8d Hey idiot, maybe you missed the part in the video where the kind gentleman spells out the obvious for mouth breathers like yourself: that you cant rely on the say so of a govt official (not to mention the say so of the “informants” that ordinarily point out the” terrorists”) whether someone is a genuine terrorist or just some victim of mistaken identity. Surely your modest brain can grasp that.

Speaking of drones…try not to be one. Spend at nominal amount 30 secs thinking about life sometime.

  • expatted:

I reckon it’s only honest we, the rest of the world, should be able to kill Americans with drones.

  • expatted:

America is a killing machine: an Evil Empire. There are no laws in America any more. You could be next.

  • midnull:

    @maltezefalkon

Yup, innocent till proven guilty. Shit’s out the door now, lol. Scary.

  • midnull:

    @Serr8d

    Terrorist!
I just called you a terrorist. W/out any proof or evidence…that’s enough for them to come after you and kill you in cold blood. That’s what this is about.

  • programjunkie:

slowthighs, I may be ill-treat but when the USA takes out a Terrorist we take out the terrorist that is a renowned terrorist as opposed to the actual terrorist that just blow up American targets. It is doable that there are innocents that could be killed. Now the recent case about taking out an actual American terrorist hiding in Yemen is a bit of a different tale. With him the constitution comes in to play but enemies of the USA are not protected by the constitution as are the citizens of the USA.

  • slowthighs:

Serr8d, did you watch the video? You do realize that if America allows a small group of authorities to pass death sentences, in secret, without examination, without conviction, they can do the same to you, right? You do realize that if America abandons its core doctrine America won’t even exist anymore, right? You do realize that the United States is nothing without the Constitution, right? You do realize that America would become a terrorist nation no better than Al Qaeda, right? Right? Right?

  • Serr8d:

Better to kill a terrorist with a drone than risk a squad or company of Marines to do the job. Our troops are much more valuable than any terrorist. You lefties know that, right? Right?

If the ‘American Citizen’ you whine for has fled justice and joined the ranks of the enemy, he’s lost his civil civil rights, and deserves what he gets.

These whiners above should watch the Daniel Pearl video. Or ‘Adopt a Terrorist’; take him home to live with your family.

  • momowagon:

1:40 International law? There is no such thing! This video shows how idiotic the ACLU and the radical left have become. Pass out the kool-aid hippies, and you better take cover, the drone’s after you next.

  • FreedomZealot:

@Ruthlesscritic This is an organic outgrowth of the Bush regime’s doctrine of unlimited executive “war powers.”

  • maltezefalkon:

“No person shall be held to answer for a capital … crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Private army, when in actual benefit in time of War or public chance; … nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law…”

  • Ruthlesscritic:

Wow, logically I should say this is worse than anything the Bush administration did. I can’t really feel that way, but subdue incredibly appalling. Imagine how far the next Bush-like administration will be able to take things now.
