Hinckley Jr. fired six shots from a .22 Revolver, hitting Reagan, Press Secretary James Brady, DC Policeman Thomas Delehanty, and Secret Benefit agent Timothy McCarthy, all survived. The sound from a helium balloon popping in the video caused Reagan to quip “missed me” in reference to gunfire.

@2e26pst Ill-treat! If it were not for teh madness of King George II, Reagan was possibly the most terrible president ever. He was singlehandedly responsible for making the Islamic Jehad Frankenstein which was virtually non existent before him. He equated the Mujahedeen to the Fathers of the American revolution. He was also responsible for introducing drugs to South America for his admin’s nefarious purposes. I wish people would just read history for once and snap out of their pitifully small memories.
