I have to write a paper about how the US courts have wrestled over what role the government should have in defining and regulating obscenity. I need to know at least 2 court cases that helped shape the laws on whether something is obscene or not.

So, what are some good examples that went to court and helped shape the rules we abide (or don’t abide) by when it comes to obscenity?

How many presidents have we had that ADMITTED to committing a felony before they were elected? AND were elected anyway?

How can the government better incorporate the Bill of Rights in the rightful manner? Like, give some specific situations in todays’ society such as gay marriage, etc. I’m curious because I just read the Bill of Rights and I think our country/government can use it more, what do you think?

I am a Republican-conservative(political only) and am interested in getting into politics. I do not want to be Governor or anything, but I do live in a Capital city. Is there anything I can do to volunteer or make an appearance in the political realm? I have no political experience, and am not really qualified to run for any office. I do want to make a difference and have my voice heard.
